Is your pool losing water?
Every pool loses some water to evaporation, especially through a Texas summer. Losing an inch or more a day is something else.
A leak rarely costs only water. You pay to reheat and re-treat everything that replaces it, an autofill will quietly keep doing that for months, and water escaping underground can undermine what sits around the pool.
Not every leak is an emergency, though. Part of our job is telling you which is which.

Frequently asked questions
How do I know if my pool is actually leaking?
Try the bucket test. Put a bucket of pool water on a step so the levels match inside and out, leave it 24 hours with the pump running as normal, then compare. If the pool dropped noticeably more than the bucket, water is going somewhere other than the air. Our summer prep guide walks through the test and the rest of an opening checklist.
Which areas do you cover?
Leak detection reaches about 70 miles around Richardson, which covers most of the metroplex, and repair work travels widely too. Recurring commercial pool care runs a tighter northeast Dallas route, because keeping the route compact is what lets us turn up when we said we would.
Do you clean home pools every week?
No. Recurring cleaning and maintenance is something we do for commercial properties: apartment and condo complexes, HOAs, hotels and clubs. For a home pool we are who you call when something is actually wrong, and we would rather tell you that up front than take the booking and disappoint you.

Yes, and it is how a lot of our customers arrive. We will assess where the pool actually is and tell you what it needs, rather than pretending it is fine.
