What we collect
When you submit a request through this website, we collect:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- The service you asked about, and your city or ZIP code if you provide it
- Anything you write in the message field
- Your consent to be contacted, with the date, time and IP address it was given from
- How you arrived at our site, including the page you landed on and any advertising campaign details
We do not ask for payment details through this website, and you should never send them to us by email or text.
How we use it
To respond to your request, arrange and carry out work, and keep in touch about that work. We also use aggregate information about how people find and use the site to improve it and to understand which advertising is worth continuing.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Calls, texts and email
If you tick the consent box, you agree we may contact you by phone, email and SMS about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or of emails using the unsubscribe link, without affecting work already arranged. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything.
Cookies and analytics
We use analytics to understand how the site is used, which involves cookies and similar storage. Your browser stores information about how you arrived at the site so that a request you send later is attributed correctly. Most browsers let you block or clear this; doing so will not stop the site working.
Who processes your information
Your request is stored with our hosting and database provider, and notifications are sent to us through email and messaging providers. These companies process the information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and job records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our record-keeping obligations, including evidence of the consent you gave. If you would like your information removed, contact us and we will do so where we are able to.
Your choices

Children
This site is intended for adults arranging pool services. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
