The most valuable thing he gave me was his opinion on what he would do if he were me, and what repairs could wait.
I was nervous to call any leak detection company because I just knew I had a big problem and did not know who I could trust. Andrew and his team came out and did a VERY comprehensive leak detection study.
Leak was located in the main drain line and fixed within a week.
We had a leak for several years that would come and go, then finally was persistent enough to be losing inches of water a day. They tested but did not locate it at first, then Andrew sent the crew out again to fully redo all the testing and double check everything.
He gave a fair estimate. No surprises or extra charges.
They found and fixed four leaks in our inground pool and spa. The biggest was in the spa, and they had to cut out sections of plaster to fix it properly. They also repaired leaks in both skimmers and a jet.
They helped us determine what needed to be fixed and what could wait.
