What this site is
An information and enquiry website. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, or a contract for work. Descriptions of our services are general: what we can actually do at your property depends on the pool, access and the specific problem.
Enquiries and quotes
Submitting a request does not create an agreement and does not reserve a booking. We will respond and, where appropriate, discuss the work with you. Any price becomes binding only when we have quoted the specific job and you have accepted it.
Advice on this site
General guidance published here, including anything describing symptoms, checks you can run yourself or likely causes, is offered in good faith and is not a diagnosis of your pool. Do not rely on it in place of having someone look at the pool. Pool chemicals and pool equipment can be dangerous if handled incorrectly.
